Timothy Caraboolad is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and designer whose career has been shaped by a hands-on approach to construction and business development. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Tim was introduced to the industry as a teenager while working at Metric Construction Corporation, founded by his father, Geoffrey Caraboolad. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Rollins College, Tim gained practical development experience managing residential renovation projects throughout Brookline and Newton. He later founded Arc Design, where he became closely involved in every stage of luxury residential development, from early planning and interior design to material selection and final finishes. Tim is now bringing that experience to South Florida through Lad Design, a venture focused on high-end residential homes and thoughtful design. His current interests include developing spec homes in the SoSo area of West Palm Beach. His entrepreneurial experience also includes founding Native Sun Wellness and Holland Brands in Massachusetts. Away from business, Tim maintains an active outdoor lifestyle that includes downhill skiing, offshore and fly fishing, cycling, tennis, golf, and hiking.
